RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK TO ENTER INTO AN INTERLOCAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF CAMDEN FOR DOCUMENT IMAGING

WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Audubon Park and the City of Camden, have agreed to apply for SHARE (Sharing Available Resources Efficiently) assistance through the State of New Jersey PARIS Grant Program in the amount of $50,000; and

WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey has made SHARE assistance available to assist local units to develop and implement new shared and regional services; and

WHEREAS, the purpose of this grant is to promote shared services between or local units through the sharing of document imaging, that would be beneficial to all local units, and

WHEREAS, the Borough of Audubon Park agrees to execute an Inter-local Service Agreement with the City of Camden in order to implement the Document Imaging Program.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough of Audubon Park, does hereby join with the City of Camden in applying for the PARIS Grant for the purpose of implementing Document Imaging Program.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Borough of Audubon Park is authorized to implement this resolution and execute any documents necessary in connection therewith.
